THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the following motion: Intervenor Plaintiffs" the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida (the "Tribe"), Motion for Leave to File 'Consolidated Reply to District's Consolidated Memorandum of Law in Opposition to Tribe's supplemental Motion to Enforce and Emergency Motion to Hold District in contempt" in excess of page limitation (Docket # 1448), filed March 21, 1996. Plaintiffs contend that they have attempted to comply with the ten-page requirement under Local rule 7. 1 (c) (2) for filing the reply, but are unable to meet the page limitation. Having considered the motion, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above motion be GRANTED.
