            THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the following motion: Intervenor Plaintiffs', the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida (the "Tribe"), Emergency Motion for Stay of Deposition and Incorporated Memorandum of Law, filed on October 20,1995 (Docket #1392). The scheduled deposition date, October 27, 1995, has passed and the parties seemed to have worked through the issue.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motioni is DENIED as MOOT.

       DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami July, 1996.
