ORDER
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the following motion: Intervenor Plaintiffs', the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida (tlie "Tribe"), Motion for Protective Order and Incorporated Memorandum of Law, filed on October 19, 1995 (Docket #1398). Plaintiffs seek a protective order barring life deposition duces tecum scheduled by Intervenor U.S. Sugar Corporation for October 23, 1995. As the deposition has apparently already occurred, this issue is moot.
Based on the above, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs' Motion for Protective Order is DENIED as MOOT.
