The Higher Education Opportunity Act reauthorized the Higher Education Act of 1965 and established new institution-based disclosure requirements.
The Student Consumer Information regulations require universities to provide students access to certain information to which they are entitled as consumers. It is the university’s intention to provide complete and easy access to any information students need.
