Our podcasts are MP3 files that can be streamed online, or downloaded to your computer. We suggest downloading podcasts directly into iTunes. This is an excellent way to organize and store your audio files, and to transfer them to your portable media player.
Our video podcasts are MP4 files that can be downloaded to your computer. Again, we suggest downloading them directly into iTunes.
Streaming Quality and Connection Speed:
The quality of streaming media on the Internet can vary greatly. One factor is the speed of your own connection to the Internet. Unless you have a DSL or broadband connection, the speed is unlikely to be sufficient to handle video over the Internet. Another factor is the overall level of Internet traffic at any given time.
While variations in video quality are to be expected, you can do some things to help ensure the best possible performance.
