POLICIES
We require two weeks notice of your class or event. We will try to accommodate last minute requests if equipment and staff are available. E-mail sent to av@law.miami.edu is our preferred method when requesting equipment and labor services. You may also use the On-line Request form or call us with questions. Tape duplications, file conversions and webcasting projects take two weeks to complete. It is our policy that equipment is for on campus use only. We offer limited A/V and labor support for off campus events. You may borrow equipment once you have signed an agreement that you have read our policies on borrowing equipment.
