The Law School Information Technology Department provides technology facilities and services to support the educational, scholarly and service-related endeavors of the Law School community. Our resources, including the computer network, desktop computing, email, web servers, classroom technology, data storage and collaborative tools are designed to be reliable, secure, robust and easily accessible. We strive to create solutions that allow expansion and adaptation to meet evolving community needs and the deployment of emerging technologies.

 

Service Desk

The Information Technology Service Desk is dedicated to offering quality service and support to the Law School community.

We are located in Room C-118 in the Law Library.

The Service Desk hours are:

Monday – Friday

8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday

10 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Sunday

12 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

EXAM4 IMPORTANT UPDATE

Exam4 no longer supports Windows XP or Tiger for Macs. Below is a list of what Exam4 currently supports.


Computer hardware and operating system requirements


Exam4 requires a laptop or desktop computer with:


  • Supported operating systems:
    • Microsoft Windows Vista
    • Microsoft Windows 7
    • Apple Macintosh OS X 10.5 Leopard
    • Apple Macintosh OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
    • Apple Macintosh OS X 10.7 Lion

  • 10 MB free hard disk space (a very small amount).
  • Network connection and/or working USB port (as required by your institution).
  • Minimum 800x600 screen resolution.
  • Virtual operating systems are not supported.
