All international students are required to enroll in the University sponsored health insurance program. The annual premium for this coverage is added to each student's fees.
Optional coverage for dependents can be requested during the first two weeks of the fall and the spring semesters or within 30 days of termination of other similar coverage, or because of any of the following events; birth, legal adoption, placement for adoption, marriage, legal guardianship, or court or administrative order. These charges are paid directly to the insurance company. Inquiries should be directed to Insurance For Students or 800-356-1235. Also check out the Student Health Center website.
