Learn from classically trained chefs how to prepare mouth watering appetizers while working together in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Florida Wildlife & Eco Tour  ($65)

Cruise the shallow backwaters of the historic St. Johns River with a naturalist.  This quiet and smooth two hour cruise allows you to hear the sounds of nature at an average cruising speed of 6 MPH.  Relax - nothing will pass by too fast.  Wildlife might include eagles, osprey, manatees, egrets, blue herons or even a gator - each tour is different. Frequent stops are made to allow for photographs, intimate encounters, and a thorough look at this most fragile ecosystem.   After your cruise, stretch your legs and grab a bite to eat in historic Sanford.
