When does registration open?
Registration opens July 21st, 2011. If you would like your name to be included in the Conference Guide & Registration List, you must register before Friday, November 4, 2011.
How do I register for the 46th Annual Institute?
Registration opens on July 21st, 2011. You may Register Online or you may print the Institute Registration Form and mail or fax the completed form to the Heckerling Institute. The Institute does not accept registrations by phone.
How much is the registration fee?
Registration fee is $975.
What does the registration fee include?
What are the options for Institute Materials?
Print, CD-ROM, USB or New! One-Time Onsite Materials Download.
How will this new "One-Time Onsite Materials Download" work?
The "Download" option is designed for registrants that prefer to use a laptop or tablet during the lectures. Materials will be made available upon check-in at the Institute and will not be available ahead of time. Registrants that select this new option may download the materials once, on-site during the Institute. We estimate the Institute materials will be approximately 50MGs. Conference materials are copyrighted and cannot be duplicated, reused or shared.

Will you offer complimentary evening shuttle service to Downtown Disney and Universal City Walk again this year?
Yes, Monday – Thursday evenings we will provide shuttle service until Midnight.
Can I register on-site?
Registration is available on-site at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center beginning on Sunday, January 8th from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and continues again on Monday, January 9th at 7:00 a.m. Registrations will be accepted at the door on a space available basis.
When is the registration cut-off date?
There is no cut-off date for registration. However, if you would like your name in the Conference Guide & Registration List you must register by Friday, November 4, 2011.
How do I confirm my registration?
Online registrations receive a confirmation email immediately.
You will receive a registration confirmation letter approximately two weeks after we receive your registration if you mail or fax you registration form to the Institute.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Registration fees are refundable (less a $75 administrative fee) if written notice is received no later than 12 Noon EST, Friday, December 23, 2011. Refunds will not be issued after that date. Guest program fees are not refundable. CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. REFUND CHECKS TAKE SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS.

Will I be able to watch the General Sessions in my room at the Orlando World Center Marriott?
Yes.
Will I be able to ship my materials from the hotel?
Yes, we will have FedEx onsite; the price will be announced at a later date.
Can I get a list of Institute attendees?
A list of registrants will be published in the Conference Guide and Registration List and will be made available on site.
