Vivian N. Rodriguez is a senior attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service in Miami, where she represents the Commissioner of Internal Revenue in cases involving individuals, trusts, estates, and business entities. Rodriguez is also Board Certified in Tax Law by the Florida Bar and a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Florida. She serves on the steering committee of the Florida International University School of Accounting Affinity Council and is an active member of the Florida Association of Attorney-CPAs and the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, where she is a member of the Executive Council and the Assistant Editor of the Tax Bulletin. Rodriguez teaches Basic Federal Income Taxation of Real Property Transactions in the Graduate Program in Real Property Development.
