Thomas F. Nealon, III LNR Partners, Inc. specializes in matters involving workouts, bankruptcy, creditors' rights litigation, REMIC tax matters and real estate purchase and sale transactions. He also handles direct legal aspects of due diligence, acquisition and disposition activities. Nealon also coordinates the legal aspects of securitization of asset portfolios including negotiation of Pooling and Servicing Agreements and review of Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreements and related documents.
