Scott Srebnick

Scott A. Srebnick is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on federal criminal cases, including cases involving fraud, money laundering, public corruption, and racketeering. Mr. Srebnick also represents individuals in extradition proceedings, forfeiture actions, Florida Bar matters, and civil rights cases. Mr. Srebnick graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College in 1987 and cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1990. Chambers USA, a publication that rates lawyers, notes that Mr. Srebnick "has built a national practice consisting of criminal trials and appellate cases" and praises his ability to "stand up to much larger teams of lawyers and come out head and shoulders above in terms of research, writing, and presentation." Since 2001, Mr. Srebnick has maintained an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell. From 2006 through 2010, Mr. Srebnick was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top 100 lawyers in the State of Florida in all combined categories. At Miami Law he co-teaches a workshop in Criminal Prosecution & Defense Lawyering.
