Charles Foschini is a nationally recognized market leader in real estate investment banking. Foschini is the Vice Chairman of South Florida Markets at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), a global real estate services company, where he is responsible for business development and the structuring of debt and equity investments throughout the region. He has been involved in the sale and financing of more than 250 investment properties approaching $6.0 billion in value, including several landmark single asset transactions in excess of $200 million dollars. Foschini is widely respected throughout the industry, and has consistently been honored as a recipient of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3% of commissioned salespeople at CB Richard Ellis. Charles currently serves on the Americas President's Advisory Council, which functions as the employee's liaison to senior management on issues of importance to both our clients and the firm, and was the 2005 winner of the CB Richard Ellis Innovation Award for his team's cutting edge business practices.
