Carmen Perez-Llorca is a Spanish attorney and obtained her law degree from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain, and her LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is the Director of Miami Law's International Graduate Law Programs.

She is admitted to the New York and North Carolina Bars. She has practiced law at Dewey Ballantine in New York, Kennedy Covington in North Carolina and at Allen & Overy in Spain, with a focus in banking and finance.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Perez-Llorca has also enjoyed a long career in public service, both as an elected representative in the Madrid parliament and as the undersecretary of education in the Madrid regional government, among other positions.
