Alexis Caught is an Associate at Moller PSF Group which advises the world's leading professional services firms to solve their most difficult challenges. After completing his degree in Communications and Media Law at Westminster University, Caught joined a leading Brand Strategy Agency in London and worked with global companies across pharmaceuticals, business and consumer goods with a specific focus on Insight, Innovation and Strategy.

After four years at Head Office, he relocated to The Netherlands to set up and lead the Insight offer as part of the Strategy Team in the Amsterdam Office. He worked with a number of leading brands conducting research and running projects across Europe, South America, China and Russia.

Upon returning to London, Caught joined a global innovation agency to take over key client accounts, improving relationships and profits. In this role he was responsible for innovation and service excellence projects while working for some of the best known companies in the world.

In 2014, having focused on strategy projects for law firms, Caught moved full time into training and consulting, joining StrategyFour and the Møller Professional Service Firms Group at the University of Cambridge, in particular to focus on “the buying decision” in professional service firms. He brings many years of experience in Client Insight and Service Excellence into his work with professional service firms across Europe and the USA. His attention to the correlation between people skills and business goals saw him appointed to the Diversity Board in a major international law firm.

He co-authored the book “Natural Networking” which was published in 2014, a written form of his training and public speaking sessions delivered internationally on the tricky topic of networking, notably, how his fellow introverts can win at this seemingly extrovert skill.

He teaches Networking and Personal Brand for the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on their Masters in Management Program and is Co-Author of the Harvard Law School case study on Professional Services Business Development (HLS 15-12.

When not at work, Alexis Caught can be found outdoors climbing up stuff and jumping off things in an attempt to try to raise money for a charitable foundation for which he is an ambassador.

At Miami Law he co-teaches Corporate Skills for New Lawyers with Kevin Doolan.
