Alan F. Rothschild is a partner in the law firm of Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford,  P.C., in Columbus and Atlanta, Georgia. He teaches in Miami Law's Heckerling LL.M. Graduate Program in Estate Planning.

He has extensive experience advising clients on the design and implementation of thoughtful and effective charitable gifts, on the formation and on-going representation of tax exempt organizations, and on successful strategies for multi-generational wealth succession planning.

Mr. Rothschild is Past Chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the American College of Tax Counsel.
