Paul R. Lipton is Director of Professionalism, Career and Skill Development at Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell. Mr. Lipton practiced commercial litigation for over 40 years. His practice included real estate, probate, trust and estate, professional liability, land use and commercial litigation.

He has worked with both domestic and international companies advising them in all matters of litigation, strategy and dispute resolution. He is a frequent speaker on ethics, professionalism and finding the work/life balance in the practice of law and in business.

He is author of Hour of the Wolf/An Experiment in Ageless Living and is Co-Chair of the 11th Judicial Circuit Committee on Professionalism.

At Miami Law he teaches Ethics and Professionalism in an Ever Changing World.
