Scott A. Eichhorn is a Supervising Attorney and Practitioner-in-Residence at the University of Miami School of Law Investor Rights Clinic, where he supervises and teaches student interns the substantive law and practical skills necessary to handle securities arbitration and mediation cases before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Professor Eichhorn earned a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida. He later received his J.D. from Northwestern University. Prior to joining the Law School, he was in private practice for seven years, specializing securities litigation in state and federal courts and FINRA arbitration.
