Kevin M. Hennessey is a retired partner of the Washington National Tax Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Hennessey has authored numerous articles for such publications as Tax Advisor, Journal of Bank Taxation, Journal of Taxation, and Practical Tax Strategies. He is the co-author of The Consolidated Tax Return, now in its 6th edition and considered the most complete guide to consolidated returns for multi-company groups.
