William S. Blatt, Professor of Law, earned an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1978, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1982. He previously served as legislation counsel for the Joint Committee on Taxation, United States Congress. After law school, Professor Blatt was law clerk to Judge Antonin Scalia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Professor Blatt teaches courses in taxation and legislation.
