Michael H. Graham, Professor of Law, received a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1964 and a J.D. in 1967 from Columbia Law School. Professor Graham was law clerk to Judge Inzer B. Wyatt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and served as a Reginald Heber Smith Community Lawyer Fellow with the Western Center on Law and Poverty. Thereafter he also received a master's degree in criminology from Cambridge University in 1969 and a Fulbright Fellowship in 1981 to conduct research on the English criminal trial system. After four years of private practice, he joined the University of Illinois law school faculty in 1974. In 1984, he joined the faculty at the University of Miami School of Law. Professor Graham teaches evidence and torts, and has written numerous books and articles in the fields of evidence and transnational litigation. He also serves as director of the school's Summer Abroad programs.
