Gerald T. Wetherington, Adjunct Professor of Law. Professor Wetherington received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Miami in 1959 and graduated first in his class from Duke Law School in 1963. A principal with Wetherington, Klein & Hubbart, P.A, Professor Wetherington served on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida from 1974-1995, and was the Court's Chief Judge for ten years. Professor Wetherington is a former member of the faculties of University of Miami School of Law and Duke Law School. He has taught as a visiting member of the faculty at Hastings, and South Texas, and Washington University. A distinguished scholar, he is a member of the American Law Institute and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Professor Wetherington teaches Torts and Professional Responsibility, and has taught Products Liability, the Judicial Process, and a number of other courses.
