SUBMISSION & DEADLINE POLICY
Provide 2-4 weeks advance notice for smaller pieces - i.e. Flyers/eFlyers, Invitations/eVites, Banners, Posters.
Provide 4-8 weeks advance notice for complex pieces - i.e. Brochures, Newsletters, Graphic Art.
Additionally, complex projects such as multipage brochures require additional days for printing, up to 10 days more; this added time for printing needs to be factored into the project timeline.
Delays in edit submissions and final approval also may push back the delivery deadline date.
COPY POLICY
Complete, final copy must be submitted at the time of request. Designing of projects will not start until this is received. It is the department's responsibility to submit content that is accurate.
EDIT POLICY
For all designs, there are no more than 2 rounds of edits. Slow turnaround in submitting edits could result in a delay of delivery of the final piece.
