Cooking Demonstrations

Rosmarin Café
Join Wellness Center Assistant Director Ashley Falcon as we make and sample, easy and healthy dishes. Dishes will include Curried Chicken Salad Wraps, Veggie Salad Pockets, Zucchini Pasta, homemade marinara sauce, and Strawberry Banana Smoothies.

Green Tea Healthy Happy Hour

3:00- 4:00 PM
