Infringement 2.0

This talk will investigate current developments in U.S. copyright law. Included will be an investigation of the changing contours of fair use; the challenges of enforcement that are currently arising, and how they are being handled; a look back at last year's Kirtsaeng decision by the U.S. Supreme Court; and a potential preview of the U.S. Supreme Court's pending Aereo case.
