• Arizona- up to a maximum of 5 hours annually and provided that student possesses written materials
• California
• Colorado
• Florida
• Georgia- limited to 6 hours per year
• Idaho
• Kentucky- cap of 6 credits per year
• Maine
• Missouri- as self-study only
• Montana- 5 hour cap per year
• Nevada- maximum of 6 credits per year
• New Hampshire- provided that the student possesses course materials
• New Mexico- as self-study only, maximum of 5 credits per year
• North Carolina- video only
• Oregon- provided that the student possesses course materials
• Texas- as self-study only
• Utah- as self-study only, up to 12 hours every 2 years
• Vermont
• Washington- limited to 1/3 of required credits
• West Virginia- limited to no more than 1/2 of required credits
• Wyoming- maximum of 5 hours per year
