On Campus Interview (OCI), Résumé Referral And Direct Contact Programs

ON CAMPUS INTERVIEW (OCI) PROGRAMS
Each fall and spring, the CDO welcomes employers to campus as part of its On Campus Interview (OCI) Program.  As participants in the OCI program, employers have an opportunity to interview students for summer and post-graduation positions. 

The Fall OCI program runs from mid-August to late-October each year.  Participating employers may interview 2L students for summer positions and 3L and LL.M. students for post-graduate positions. 

The Spring OCI program runs from mid-March through the end of April.  Participating employers may interview 1L and 2L students for summer positions and 3L and LL.M. students for post-graduate positions.

RÉSUMÉ REFERRAL AND DIRECT CONTACT PROGRAMS
The Résumé Referral and Direct Contact programs are ideal for employers unable to conduct interviews on campus but nonetheless would like to receive materials from University of Miami School of Law students.

Employers who elect to participate in the Résumé Referral program request that students provide résumés to the Career Development Office.  The CPC then forwards to the employer the résumés of interested students.  The employer will then contact selected applicants to move forward with the hiring process.
