The Career Development Office (CDO) welcomes employers to recruit students and alumni for school year, summer and post-graduate positions. The CDO utilizes a variety of services in order to assist employers in meeting their recruiting needs.
On Campus Interview (OCI) Programs
Each fall and spring, the CDO welcomes employers to campus as part of its On Campus Interview (OCI) Program. As participants in the OCI program, employers have an opportunity to interview students for summer and post-graduation positions. In conjunction with our OCI program, the CDO sponsors the Direct Contact and Résumé Referral programs for those employers unable to come on campus. Online Job Posting Services
If you are seeking to fill your summer, part-time, entry-level or lateral employment needs, we encourage you to submit a job listing on our web-based job posting system, Symplicity. Click on the link above for more information on how to utilize our online job posting services.
