The University of Miami School of Law participates in numerous job fairs with other law schools and organizations. These programs give students increased access to a broad range of employers and help accommodate employers unable to travel to University of Miami School of Law for on-campus interviews.

East Coast Job Fairs

Equal Justice Works Career Fair and Conference: Open to rising 2Ls, 3Ls and alumni and includes over 200 public interest employers.

Lavender Law Career Fair: Open to rising 2L and 3L lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students.

Louisiana State Bar Association Minority Involvement Section's Annual Job Fair: Open to all students (spring), 2Ls and 3Ls (fall). Spring program is virtual and specifically targets students outside the top 1/3 of class.

NYU International Student Interview Program: Open to foreign-trained attorneys enrolled in LL.M. programs in the United States.

Southeastern Intellectual Property Job Fair (SIPJF): Open to rising 2Ls and 3Ls interested in practicing intellectual property law.

Southeastern Minority Job Fair (SEMJF): Open to rising 2Ls, 3Ls and Class of 2014 graduates. Students must pre-register with the CDO in April in order to receive information about this job fair.

Midwest Coast Job Fairs

Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair: Open to rising 2Ls, 3Ls and Class of 2014 graduates. Designed to expose diverse law students to traditional and non-traditional legal employers.

Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference: Open to rising 2Ls and 3Ls interested in interviewing with the largest legal employers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

West Coast Job Fairs

Rocky Mountain Diversity Legal Career Fair: Open to rising 2Ls, 3Ls and Class of 2014 graduates.

National Job Fairs

The National Black Prosecutors Association Job Fair: Open to rising 2Ls, 3Ls and graduates.

Vault/MCCA Legal Diversity Fair: Open to rising 2Ls and 3Ls. Provides minority, female, LGBT and candidates with disabilities with an opportunity to meet recruiters from law firms and government agencies firmly committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession.
