Message about Superstorm Sandy
To our Alumni and Friends,
Our deepest concerns go out to your family and friends residing in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states that have experienced the incredible destruction, flooding, and power outages as a result of Superstorm Sandy. Having lived through Hurricane Andrew in August of 1992, I am fully aware of the sacrifices each of you are making to take care of your family, friends and loved ones in an effort to go back to a life of normalcy. As you begin the process of rebuilding and healing, please know that the resources of our University of Miami School of Law are always available to you. If you should need assistance and/or wish to speak with someone regarding your situation, please contact us.
We will continue to keep you and your families in our thoughts. The ’Cane community cares and we look forward to having the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states back to a state of normal operations.
My best always,
President, Law Alumni Association
