Patricia D. Kenny, JD’76, passed away on November 3, 2012 in Park City, UT after a courageous battle with ALS.

Don Haagensen, JD’77, of Cable Huston Benedict Haagensen & Lloyd, has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 19th edition of Best Lawyers in United States in the practice areas of Environmental Law, Litigation - Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Additionally, he has been named the Best Lawyers' 2013 Portland, OR Environmental Law "Lawyer of the Year". Only a single lawyer in each practice area in each community is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year".
Kathleen O'Donnell, JD’77, is serving as co-chair of the Real Estate Section of the Boston Bar Association for the 2012-2014 term. She is also editing new editions of Handling Residential Real Estate in Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Real Estate Law Sourcebook and Citator both published by MCLE.

He was invited to speak by the St. Petersburg’s Economy Development Department and focused the workshop on cleanup and reuse of gas station sites, landfills and nurseries.
