The University of Miami School of Law is pleased to announce that the Third District Court of Appeal will hear oral arguments on campus on Friday, February 8, 2013. Sessions will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on campus at Storer Auditorium. The Court will hear arguments in five cases. Each party will have ten to fifteen minutes to present its argument to the Court.
