For a more thorough understanding of these two realms, Miami Law offers a J.D./M.B.A. joint degree, as well as a Business and Financial Law Certificate. We also offer dual degrees in Law and Real Property Development, as well as Taxation.

Additionally, Miami Law has professors that are experts in this field, such as Professors Manning, Rotman, and Bradley.

Professor Elliott Manning teaches courses in taxation, business planning, business associations, and corporate finance. He is also the chair of the Graduate Program in Taxation, which is ranked in the top 10 in the U.S.

Professor Edgardo Rotman is the author of numerous books and articles published internationally. He teaches International Criminal Law, Comparative Criminal Law and Procedure, and International Business Crimes.

Professor Caroline Bradley is an expert in United States securities regulation, international finance, and business associations.
