Clinics: How To Apply

The following clinics are accepting applications for the 2017-18 academic year: Bankruptcy Assistance, Children & Youth Law, Environmental Justice, Health Rights, Immigration, Innocence, Investor Rights and Tenants' Rights.

The Human Rights Clinic will be offered in Spring 2018 only. Applications for the Spring 2018 Human Rights Clinic will be accepted in Fall 2017. For further information, please email  

Application Deadline

Applications will be accepted from January 17, 2017 through March 10, 2017 for the 2017-2018 academic year. (For Summer Clinics 2017: applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled for the subsequent summer semester.) To apply, students must submit one general clinic application and rank their clinic preferences. (Clinic directors may interview applicants.)

Acceptance and Registration

Accepted students are notified by e-mail and are required to sign a learning contract. Clinic students are not permitted to drop the clinic once the learning contract is received. Once a student accepts an offer for a clinic position, the Law Clinic will provide a registration permission number for course registration.
